About the role
The ACIC is seeking to fill Intelligence Analyst positions at the APS5 and APS6 levels.
As an Intelligence Analyst, you will contribute to the planning, development, and production of intelligence outcomes and outputs. Focused on the production of value-added intelligence products as a result of the collection, evaluation, and analysis of information, Intelligence Analysts work closely with other intelligence professionals to drive operational activity and produce impactful insights to inform a range of partners on various aspects of transnational serious and organised crime impacting Australia.
Key responsibilities: APS5
Responsibilities for APS5 include but are not limited to:
Conducting analysis and producing intelligence reports. Collaborating with team members to enhance intelligence outputs. APS6
Responsibilities for APS6 include but are not limited to:
Leading the analysis process and guiding junior analysts. Developing strategic intelligence products. Our ideal candidate
To be successful in these roles, you will demonstrate the following experience, skills, and attributes:
Essential qualifications APS5/6
Qualifications required for both levels include:
A degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience. Strong analytical skills. Desirable qualifications APS6
Additional qualifications that are preferred for APS6 include:
Experience in a similar role within the intelligence community. Advanced analytical techniques training. Eligibility
