The National Library is seeking to fill a Senior Administrative Officer APS4 role in the Trove Data and Platforms Section of the Collaboration Branch, on an ongoing, part-time basis.
As the Senior Administration Officer, you will work as part of a medium sized team in creating and updating procedures; assisting with data management; providing support for the administration of systems and their upgrade cycles; supporting business analysis tasks, including collation and analysis of data; responding to enquiries from external stakeholders (eg.
Trove Partners such as State Libraries) and internal stakeholders.
You will provide general administrative assistance across the Trove Data and Platforms section including projects and supporting other team members with training.

To succeed in this role it is desirable, but not mandatory, if you have: Experience in learning new systems and preparing supporting procedures Experience with systems managing descriptive metadata in galleries, libraries, archives, museums or research institutions, or Qualifications or experience in Information Management or relevant area.
