Experience/Skills required: Service Desk or Network Admin/Eng experience is beneficial; a degree in IT or TAFE certification is acceptable. Baseline clearance minimum, NV1 ideal! Previous Service Desk or Network experience or at least a University Degree/TAFE Certificate is required. Knowledge or experience with networks, particularly around firewall changes, DNS changes, and a basic understanding of networking equipment such as switches and routers is advantageous. The role involves shift work - 12-hour day and night shifts, on a 5 days on, 5 days off schedule.
