Our team is a well-skilled and diverse group dedicated to continuous improvement and the provision of subject matter expertise, relying on each other's knowledge and strengths to ensure high quality and timely advice is provided and achieve customer-focused results.
We operate an 1800 call line for accounts related queries with staff rostered from 8.30am to 5pm each weekday. We work collectively and in conjunction with other sections across DVA to ensure financial management and compliance requirements are met.

Eligibility This recruitment process is being used to fill ongoing and/or non-ongoing position/s. For more information about the role, please see the Candidate Information Pack.
Where a non-ongoing position is offered, the role will be filled for an initial specified term of up to 23 months. A merit pool of suitable applicants may be created which may be used to fill future ongoing and non-ongoing vacancies should they become available over the next 18 months. Successful applicants engaged into the APS will be subject to a probation period.
