About the Role:
12-month contract with potential beyond for a APS4 Scheme Debt Finance Officer to join the Fraud Investigations branch of a large federal agency currently undertaking several major transformation projects.
Hourly rate of $43.82 + Superannuation.
Based in Geelong with 3 days in the office and the rest from home.
Key Duties: Developing and managing project plans and schedules in accordance with the Agency's project management framework.Providing specialist advice and technical expertise to staff and stakeholders.Performing independent research work and analysis including the preparation of draft reports on relevant project activities.Coordinating regular project reporting including status updates and exception reports.Preparing draft written material including business cases, plans, executive briefs and corporate documentation.Monitoring project budgets, reviewing and reporting on expenditure and assisting with procurement and contract management.Identifying and assisting with the management of project risks, issues and benefits.Contributing to project quality management to ensure that project deliverables are fit for purpose and meet client needs.Key Skills Required: Ability to comply with all legislative and policy requirements.Ability to work in a team environment.Debt Recovery experience.Database administration and analysis.Eligibility/Other Requirements: The successful candidate will be required to undergo a pre-employment National Police History check, Worker Screening check and/or Working with Children Check (where required) and provide evidence of Australian Citizenship.
