Position Overview:
As an APS5 Corporate Operations Officer, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth functioning of the corporate operations. Under limited supervision, you will tackle moderately complex to complex tasks, guided by legislation, policies, and standards. This role involves team membership, with opportunities for team leadership responsibilities, including setting priorities and allocating work.

Key Responsibilities: Provide comprehensive support to staff on fleet, mail, and other corporate operations matters.Engage with stakeholders regarding organisational fleet issues, including leasing arrangements.Managing enquiries and providing sound practical and procedural advice to stakeholders.Undertaking the processing and distribution of mail and associated activities.Contribute to team planning, task assignment, and monitoring activities to ensure the timely delivery of work.Support the development, implementation, and maintenance of policies and procedures to enhance team activities, resolving or escalating issues as necessary.Contribute to the design and implementation of improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and compliance across the organisation.Qualifications and Skills: Demonstrated experience in corporate operations or related fields.Sound understanding of relevant legislation, policies, and procedures.Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders.Excellent organisationaland time management skills, with the ability to prioritisetasks effectively.Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, with the potential for leadership roles.Adaptable and proactive approach to problem-solving, with a focus on continuous improvement.
