Aps4 Accounts Payable Administrator

We are seeking Accounts Payable Administration professionals at the APS4 level. The ideal candidate must have excellent attention to detail and should be equipped with robust written and verbal communication.

Labour Hire | 3 months - possible extension | Baseline clearance required

Position description:
Accounts payable processing
Purchase order management
Document management systems
Responding to invoices
Provide general administrative support, including document management, scheduling, and coordinating office activities.
Manage incoming calls and emails, offering professional and courteous customer service.
Perform other duties as required to support the office team.

Key Capabilities :
Strong attention to detail.
Demonstrated written and communication skills.
Confidence to work in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in the use of contemporary computer applications, including spreadsheets and word processing software.

Position Requirements / Qualifications:
Baseline Clearance.
Undergo a pre-employment National Police Check.
