Night Auditor

About the Role Night Auditors serve a critical role by providing direct guest support throughout the hospitality experience by accurately processing and tracking transactions and other reportable items.
Night Auditors must be adept and creative problem solvers, delivering above-average resolutions to guests' challenges.
Responsibilities: Preparing guest welcome packets and VIP reportsProviding excellent service to internal customers as appropriateHandling all guest and internal customer complaints and inquiries in a courteous and efficient mannerCompleting the night audit in an efficient and accurate mannerBalancing all cash receipts and work performed during the audit shiftMaking deposits of cashAuditing Food & Beverage cashiers' work and correcting discrepanciesRunning daily Flash Reports and distributing accordinglyQualifications: To be successful in this role you will need:
Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilitiesMust be able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidaysSimilar role experience highly regardedKnowledge of Opera is desirableA career with Hyatt opens a world of opportunities.
