About the role
As an Apprentice Parts Interpreter Year 1 at Keystar Autoworld, you will be responsible for assisting with the daily operations of the parts department.
This is a full-time role based in Keystar Kippa-Ring.
You will be working alongside experienced team members to develop your skills in automotive parts interpretation, ordering, and customer service.
What you'll be doing Learning to identify and locate automotive parts and accessoriesAssisting with processing customer orders and inquiriesOrganising and maintaining the parts inventoryDelivering parts to the workshop and customers as neededDeveloping your product knowledge and technical skillsProviding excellent customer service to both internal and external clientsWhat we're looking for A strong interest in the automotive industry and a willingness to learnGood communication and interpersonal skillsBasic computer proficiencyAttention to detail and problem-solving abilitiesCommitment to providing high-quality customer serviceA valid driver's licenceWhat we offer
