About The Role
We are searching for an enthusiastic and ready to learn candidate who is looking to undertake an apprenticeship to join our Geelong team as a full-time Floor Installer.
In the role of apprentice, you will work alongside experienced Floor Installers, gaining hands-on experience in various aspects of timber flooring installation.

Key Responsibilities Assist experienced floor installers in preparation and installation of timber floors.Learn and follow proper installation techniques for engineered timber flooring.Participate in site assessments and assist in measuring and evaluating areas for flooring installation.Help with the preparation of the materials.Learn to align patterns and layouts for optimal visual appeal and layout.Follow safety protocols and guidelines while using tools and equipment.Maintain cleanliness of the work areas. About You Strong interest in learning the flooring installation trade.Ability to lift and carry heavy materials and equipment.Excellent attention to detail and willingness to learn from experienced installers.Great communication and teamwork skills.Basic knowledge of hand tools, and willingness to learn how to safely use power tools.
