We are seeking passionate and enthusiastic candidates to commence a Commercial Cookery (Chef) Apprenticeship!
This position offers the opportunity to work under several highly qualified Chefs in a very fast paced industry.

If successful: You will be working full time 38 hours per week while studying a Certificate III in Commercial Cookery & upon successful completion of the apprenticeship, you will be a qualified Chef.
Total apprenticeship term: 3 years You will be placed with one of our host employers, where you will work alongside experienced chefs to learn the skills and techniques required to become a qualified commercial cook.
Immediate start available Recent school leavers & Out of Trade apprentices are also encouraged to apply!
Duties may include, but not limited to: Assist with the preparation and cooking of high-quality meals for our customers, in accordance with our menu and recipes.
Learn how to manage the kitchen, including stock control, ordering, and food preparation schedules.
Adhere to all health and safety standards, including food hygiene and sanitation.
Work closely with the team to ensure that all dishes are prepared to the highest standard.
Learn to work efficiently in a busy kitchen environment.
