The Role Summary Customer Support client seeks a dynamic Outbound Sales Specialist with a true hunter mentality. You'll be responsible for proactively engaging potential clients, driving growth, and building relationships through high-volume outreach (100+ calls per day) and setting a minimum of 3 high-quality meetings per day for the Customer Support team. This role is ideal for a motivated self-starter with experience generating leads independently, expertly handling objections, and consistently achieving KPIs. You will work closely with the management team to deliver on daily and weekly targets, directly contributing to growth.
Key Responsibilities
• Daily Call & Meeting Targets: Execute a minimum of 100 outbound calls daily to schedule at least 3 client meetings, reporting daily outcomes and tracking progress against KPIs.
• Lead Generation: Independently build and maintain a call list using resources like Yellow Pages and other directories, continuously updating the pipeline.
• Objection Handling: Overcome objections in real-time, maintaining a personalized approach and skilfully navigating off-script as needed.
• Call Monitoring & Feedback Adaptation: Participate in call monitoring, integrating feedback to refine techniques and improve engagement strategies.
• Outcome & CRM Management: Document all interactions and outcomes in CRM, ensuring accurate, organized records. Submit daily reports with weekly summaries to the General Manager.
Skills & Experience
• Proven outbound sales experience with consistent KPI achievement.
• Demonstrated success in setting high-quality meetings from outbound efforts.
• Self-sufficient in lead generation; experience independently building call lists.
• Proficient in HubSpot (or similar CRM) with meticulous record-keeping.
• Strong objection-handling skills and adaptability in conversations.
• Receptive to feedback and flexible in adjusting approaches.
• Excellent verbal communication with the ability to engage across all levels.
