BruntWork | Full time: 35 paid hours per week or more
Work Timezone - Must be a City eg London Sydney Remote Job Industry Other Job Description This is a remote position.
Scope: Full-time position, 40 hours per week (8 hours per day, typically 9 AM to 6 PM)(6:00 AM to 3:00 PM Manila Time) with 1 hour unpaid lunch break

Initial one-month pilot project with potential for long-term engagement

Reporting to the event management team

Working remotely with provided necessary tools and software

Responsibilities: Conduct high-volume outbound calls to both warm and cold leads using HubSpot

Offer free passes to premium conferences and events to senior executives

Introduce events to potential attendees who may not be familiar with them

Gauge interest and potential availability for upcoming conferences

Set appointments for the in-house team to follow up with interested parties

Identify potential speakers for events from the pool of senior executives contacted

Maintain accurate records of calls and potential attendees in HubSpot

Requirements: Excellent communication skills with a professional phone manner

Experience in customer service or appointment-setting roles preferred

Ability to handle high-volume calling with resilience to frequent voicemail encounters

Comfortable engaging with senior-level executives

Proficiency in using CRM systems, particularly HubSpot

Strong time management and organizational skills
