Casuarina Campus Design, develop, test, and maintain applications and features within the student management system at Charles Darwin University (CDU) About the Position
As an Applications Developer, you will contribute to the design, development, implementation and testing of application software, web, multimedia applications and related bridges and feeds to facilitate the achievement of business outcomes and improve business efficiencies and processes. This will involve the full software development lifecycle, gathering, understanding and prioritization of requirements, planning, coding, testing, deployment, and ongoing support. You will collaborate with cross functional teams, including business analysts, project managers, and other developers, to create tailored applications that address unique business challenges.
About You
To be successful, you will require:
A bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field.Familiarity with web frameworks, databases, and development tools (e.g. Oracle APEX, Django, React, SQL).Knowledge of software development methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum).Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex issuesExcellent communication and teamwork skills Remuneration
Appointment to this role will be at Professional level 7. The base salary will be in the range of $93,475 to $102,606 per annum. The total remuneration package will be in the range of $109,365 to $120,049 per annum, including 17% superannuation. What's in it for you?
