Leading learning and development programsProfessional environment where your career path really matters and is supported in our global organisationGreat team environment with energetic and supportive colleaguesGenuine work life balance We will count on you to: The Salesforce Application Support Analyst reports to the Application Management Services Team Manager, your key responsibilities are to provide L2/L3 application (Salesforce) support to the Investment and Super business in Pacific. Key Responsibilities: Configure, customize, and maintain Salesforce applications to meet business requirements.Stay up to date with Salesforce releases and new features, and provide recommendations for system enhancements.Participate in the evaluation and implementation of AppExchange applications and third-party integrations.Ensure compliance with ITIL standards and best practices for incident and change management.Design and implement Salesforce Lightning flows for automations.Integrate Salesforce with other enterprise systems, ensuring seamless data flow and system interoperability.Manage user access, profiles, and security settings in Salesforce. What you need to have: 3-5 years of experience in L2/L3 technical application support, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills for Salesforce platform.General knowledge in networking, Windows/Unix Server/OS, Active Directory, switches/routers, firewalls and VDI.A self-motivated fast learner with a proactive attitude.A willingness to cross-skill and learn about different applications across business.Hands-on experience on ServiceNow to manage incidents/change requests.Sound understanding of Incident Management and Change Management.
