The role:We are seeking L2/L3 engineers for hands-on support of Prometheus, Hexagon, Quorum, and related applications.
Responsibilities include:Act as the first point of contact for all company-wide applications, resolving issues or escalating when needed.Handle user access controls and permissions across various software platforms.Track system health, identifying and addressing application disruptions or performance issues.Work closely with software vendors to troubleshoot technical problems and implement necessary patches or updates.Support the rollout and testing of new software or system improvements.Provide training and user support to ensure effective use of applications.Keep thorough records of incidents, solutions, and system setups for future reference.Key experience:Proficient in L2/L3 engineering support for the following applications:Prometheus Group - Engica Q4Hexagon – PlantState Suite Integrity (PAS)Automation Integrity (PAS/Hexagon)Quorum Energy Components (SaaS)Strong problem-solving abilities for resolving application-related issues.Experience managing user access and monitoring system performance.Ability to collaborate with external vendors to resolve technical challenges and apply system enhancements.Familiar with the process of deploying and testing new systems or upgrades.Strong communication skills, especially in providing user training and support.High attention to detail in maintaining records of system issues, configurations, and resolutions.If you are interested and possess the required experience, please apply now via the link below to be considered.
