The depth and breadth of our intelligent software suite enables us to solve a range of business challenges for our clients around the globe.A little about the roleWe're looking for an Application Support Coordinator to join our Application Support Services team based in Perth on a full-time basis.As the Application Support Coordinator, you'll be responsible for:Answering phone calls and overall ticket management to ensure all tickets are accurately triaged, logged, categorised, and prioritised, in a timely manner.Resolving or escalating cases whilst ensuring all stakeholders are kept informed during a ticket's life cycle, fostering a positive customer experience.Develop a high-level understanding of all products to provide accurate and efficient support.Completing internal and external reporting and able to assist with document creation, knowledge bases, and version control.Adhere to Organisational Level Agreements (OLA's) and Service Level Agreements (SLA's) where applicable.A little about youWe're looking for someone that has excellent communication skills, exceptional time management and a proactive approach to problem solving. This role requires communicating with internal and external stakeholders and therefore a clear focus on providing excellent customer service.You will need to have:A tertiary qualification in a technology related discipline desirable but not essential.2+ years in an application support role or 3+ years with hands on experience using INX Software preferably in an administrative capacity.Strong verbal and written communication skills.A strong customer centric focus with proven customer service skills.Demonstrated ability to prioritise work and employ time management skills.Working at INX SoftwarePeople are at the heart of what we do, and we know our employees are the key to our success.
