Application Support Analyst

My client is a reputable FMCG company with a strong track record of distributing food and alcoholic beverages to Australian households for over 25 years. They are currently seeking an Application Support Analyst to join their team on a full-time basis at their Western Sydney head office.

The chosen candidate will be tasked with maintaining, supporting, and enhancing the recently implemented D365 Finance and Operations ERP system.

Responsibilities include: Provide support and expert advice regarding deployment and functionality of Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations.Create requirement specifications based on Architecture/Design/Detailing of Business Processes.Design and develop Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations solutions based on business requirements and application road map in alignment with architectural direction and standards.Direct programming activities with the vendor or appointed partners in the configuration and implementation of Dynamics 365 and integrated platforms.Plan and conduct training sessions for end-users on how to use and maintain the Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O effectively.Essential Experience Required: 3+ Years of commercial ERP experience with Microsoft Dynamics AX or D365 F&O.Techno Functional experience.Have an in-depth understanding of Supply Chain principles including demand planning, order fulfilment and warehousing.Finance background is desirable.Experience in project coordination and full software implementation lifecycle.Proficient in system configuration, customisation, and troubleshooting within Dynamics 365 F&O.Data and Process Modelling: experience with data integration's, data modelling, and system migrations.Experience working in the FMCG industry would be highly desirable.Benefits Include: Free onsite parking.5 days in the office with flexible hours between 7am and 10.30pm.Potential site visit to Perth WA office once a quarter.Company food and beverage benefits.Candidates with more than 12 months Full working rights visa in Australia will be considered for this opportunity.
