Application Support Administrator (UKG/Workforce Management)Job no: 504369 Work type: Ongoing Full Time Location: Sydney Categories: Administration/Support, IT/Technology Great opportunity to join an iconic Australian brandProvide comprehensive maintenance and support of essential ABC applicationsBase salary $107K to $117KThe Role The ABC is looking for an Application Support Administrator to support and ensure the smooth running of the UKG Workforce Management system and other applications.
This is a full-time, permanent position working with the Corporate Applications Team in our Ultimo office.
The Job Work closely and collaboratively with business and technical stakeholders to support and enable operational processes, controls and integrity of data.Act as technical point of contact through the incident management process and escalate to appropriate teams and vendors as required.Troubleshoot very complex second level support incidents and problems, providing workarounds where applicable.About You We're looking for someone with workforce management system knowledge and experience in a complex technical environment within a large organisation, who is proactive and has a talent for adapting to new technologies and suggesting improvements.
You have analysis, problem solving and organisational skills with an ability to work to tight deadlines with accuracy.
You'll have:
Extensive experience in the provision of technical systems support, configuration and administration in a range of enterprise applications, including SaaS solutions, UKG Pro Workforce Management or similar workforce management systems.Highly advanced skills and knowledge in support of system interfaces, preferably with Dell Boomi or similar, with an understanding of integration concepts, methods, protocols, testing tools, etc.Excellent ability to troubleshoot very complex second level support incidents and problems, providing workarounds where applicable.What we can offer you: 15.4% ABC Nominated super.Paid parental, carer's and supporting partner leave.Salary packaging.About ABC Product & Technology: The Product & Technology (P&T) division is responsible for delivering the technology and services that enable the ABC to fulfil its creative, strategic and business goals.
The scope of activities and responsibilities of the P&T division range from keeping ABC programs and services on-air and on-line, to delivering on key projects, as well as assisting in setting the technology strategy and architecture for the ABC.
