While providing operational support to our Brokers, this role will require a high level of attention to detail, strong organisational skills and an ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously to ensure our service level agreements are met.
You'll make an impact by: Processing broker applications, hotline support, accreditations, commissions, government scheme quality assurance and the end-to-end Consumer Lending (verification and funding) tasksBeing self-managed, motivating and encouraging, and delivering to deadlinesHaving Excellent problem-solving skills, ability to think laterally and objectively assess all relevant factors from both the customer, Broker and Great Southern Banks perspectiveTo succeed in this role, you will have: Minimum 3-5 years' experience in the Financial Services with strong knowledge of lending products and services with experience in income, expense, liability and asset verificationStrong commitment to customer service and a commitment to delivering customer experience excellenceAbility to work under pressure and with minimum supervisionWhy Great Southern Bank?
