We recognise the unique skills of specialist Appliance Service Technicians and Senior Service Techs to join our teams across Australia.
If you are sustainably minded, we want you to use your knowledge to repair home appliances and/or air-conditioners quickly while working closely with our long-standing customers.

A major benefit of these positions is the flexibility as we support a "work out of home" model which means you do not have to travel each morning or night to the workshop.
Your Key Responsibilities: Repair and fully test the operation of the product ensuring full customer satisfactionDevelop and maintain superior product knowledge through all training media, service manuals, and training sessionsComplete all paperwork and documents related to service work and cash collectionMaintain and manage van stock of spare parts inventory Experience Required: Electrical License or Restricted Electrical Workers License (Disconnect & Reconnect Appliances) preferred, industry experience as a minimumStrong communication skills and strong PC skillsProvide premium customer serviceBe self-motivated with a positive, friendly, approachable nature Please note, you must have the legal right to work in Australia to be considered for any of these positions.
