Salary Range: AUD $101,232 - $102,031 Annual Gross
Role Responsibilities: Responsible for test strategies and plans based on project requirements.Lead test execution and defect management.Implement and maintain automation framework using Selenium, Cucumber, Rest Assured, etc.Mentor and guide team members.Contribute to creating solutions and approaches for proposals on QA for our customers.Skill / Experience Requirements: Academics and Work Experience: Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution.
Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.At least 6-10 years of experience with Information Technology.Tertiary Qualification in IT / Computer Science / related discipline.Desired Skills and Experience: Must Have Skills: Strong experience in UI, API Automation using Selenium (JAVA), Rest Assured and Postman.Strong experience in Mobile applications Automation using Appium, Headspin, Selenium (JAVA).Good understanding and experience in creating robust automation frameworks.Experience in API automation testing.Ability to independently create, execute and maintain comprehensive automation frameworks.Experience in BDD/TDD using tools like Cucumber, Serenity and Playwright-BDD.Scripting/development experience (JAVA, J2EE, PL/SQL, Perl, Shell, Python, etc.
).Experience in Code Coverage tools like Jacoco, JSCover, Sonar, etc.Experience with build automation tools such as Maven, Gradle, etc.Experience with CI/CD tools like Jenkins and Bamboo.Experience with code version controlling tools like GitHub, Bitbucket, etc.Experience with project management tools like JIRA, ALM, Rally, etc.Ability to lead a team of automation testers in an onshore/offshore model.Demonstrated experience in managing and building effective working relationships.Strong communication skills and good at stakeholder management.Nice to Have Skills: Exposure to latest trends in Quality Engineering space, like RPA, Analytics-driven testing, usage of AI/ML in QA.Knowledge of GenAI tools like GitHub Copilot.Experience on mobile automation solutions like UFT Mobile.Please note that Infosys does not accept unsolicited resumes from third-party vendors.
