We are seeking a high impact APAC Sales Director to bring to life our APAC B2B Sales strategy.
This is a great opportunity for an experienced and people-centric sales leader to build on a strong foundation of success and to take the APAC region to the next level with our new-to-market 3 Essentials flagship.
What you will be doing: The APAC Sales Director is a strategic leadership role responsible for driving revenue growth and market expansion across the Asia-Pacific region.
The role will lead a dynamic sales team, fostering a high-performance culture and developing strategic sales initiatives to secure new business, upsell existing accounts, and strengthen customer relationships.
Reporting to the Chief Revenue Officer, the APAC Sales Director will work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and customer support, to ensure the successful execution of 3P Learning's go-to-market strategy in the region.
How you will make a difference: 1.
Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy for the APAC region, aligning with 3P Learning's overall business objectives.
Identify and prioritise key markets, segments, and accounts for growth, with a focus on expanding the adoption of the 3 Essentials solution (Mathletics, Mathseeds, Reading Eggs and Writing Legends).
Set and achieve ambitious sales targets, ensuring consistent revenue growth and market share expansion.
Develop insights and trends using data and market feedback to adjust plans to meet targets 2.
Team Management and Development: Lead, mentor, coach and inspire a team of sales professionals, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Implement effective learning and development initiatives to enhance the team's skills in solution selling, customer engagement, and account management.
Conduct regular performance reviews, providing actionable feedback and support to help team members achieve their personal and professional goals.

Market Expansion and Business Development: Drive new business development initiatives, identifying and pursuing opportunities to enter new markets and expand in existing ones.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including school leaders, educational institutions and government bodies 4.
Customer Focus and Retention: Develop and implement strategies to improve customer retention and reduce churn, focusing on delivering exceptional value and customer satisfaction.
Lead the customer success strategy to ensure seamless onboarding, adoption, and renewal processes for all customers.
Gather and analyse customer feedback to inform product development and service enhancements, ensuring 3P Learning's offerings meet the evolving needs of the APAC market.

Operational Excellence: Oversee the sales operations in the APAC region, ensuring accurate forecasting, pipeline management, and reporting.
Collaborate with the marketing team to design and execute targeted campaigns that generate leads and support sales efforts.
Continuously optimise sales processes and tools, leveraging data and technology to improve efficiency and effectiveness.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with the product and marketing teams to align sales efforts with product launches, feature enhancements, and promotional activities.
Participate in global sales leadership meetings, sharing insights and best practices to drive synergy across regions.
Contribute to the development of global sales strategies, bringing a deep understanding of the APAC market to the table.
What you will bring with you: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or a related field.
10+ years of experience in sales, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
Proven success in driving revenue growth in the APAC region, ideally within the EdTech sector.
Experience leading successful sales teams, including effectively leading and motivating remote teams.
Experience in selling to educational institutions and government bodies.
