About the role
As the Engineering Manager, you'll lead a dynamic team of experts and play a key role in delivering innovative renewable energy projects across the APAC region.

Responsibilities: Manage and mentor a team of multidisciplinary engineers across APAC.Oversee all engineering activities for projects across their lifecycle—development, pre-construction, commissioning, and operations.Maintain compliance with relevant engineering standards, Grid Codes, and safety regulations.Guide the team through technical assessments of suppliers, contractors, and equipment during the pre-construction and construction phases.Contribute to the development of internal engineering templates, guidelines, and procedures.Qualifications: A degree in Electrical Engineering (highly preferable) with professional accreditation or eligibility.At least 10 years of experience in energy generation engineering, with 5+ years in team leadership.Proven expertise in wind and/or solar PV technologies and project delivery.Strong understanding of engineering standards, compliance requirements, and grid connection processes.Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.Experience working on EPC contracts, tender evaluations, and contractor negotiations.Proficiency with tools like AutoCAD, GIS platforms, PSSE, and PowerFactory.How to Apply
