Key Responsibilities: Managing accounts payable by processing invoices, scheduling payments, and maintaining vendor relationships. Handle accounts receivable by creating and sending invoices, monitoring outstanding balances, and contacting customers for timely payments.
Requirements At least 2 years of proven experience in Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable roles. Proficiency in Xero accounting software is a must. Exceptional attention to detail, accuracy, and ability to meet deadlines. Excellent communication skills (mostly non-voice), with a strong ability to work independently High level of integrity, professionalism, and discretion when handling confidential information.
