AO7 Manager, Projects - Dispute ResolutionDavidson is working with a state government client who is seeking a manager with projects and a human services background.About the RoleOversee the department's attendance in the Department's statewide engagement program. Work with the Engagement Officer to develop and implement a project plan and liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the department's attendance throughout the state and effective promotion of the work of the department.Initiate and oversee the training of external Gendered and Sexual Violence practitioners in Restorative Justice conferencing. This will include working with ARJC High-Risk Conveners, the department's Manager, and significant stakeholder engagement.Initiate and facilitate engagement with Corrective Services to investigate and develop referral pathways to ARJC for incarcerated women.
