About the Company Davidson Technology are currently working with a Large State Government agency to secure an AO4 Web Production Coordinator to join a small team providing publishing, content, and web development services across various websites.
About the Role The role involves determining the scope of incoming jobs, negotiating with stakeholders on deadlines, and overseeing the progress and completion of tasks.
Building strong relationships with communication officers and web authors, providing specialist advice on web production specifications, and ensuring compliance with web publishing processes and standards are essential responsibilities.
Collaborating with web developers to implement technical solutions to enhance website functionality and user experience, setting up analytics, and generating reports to assess web performance are key tasks.
Additionally, maintaining procedures for ongoing access to technical advice, providing guidance on effective web writing principles, and actively contributing to improving web services and customer support are crucial aspects of the role.
Working cooperatively in a team environment to deliver high-quality customer service and supporting the branch in service delivery initiatives are also important duties.
About You To be successful in this role, you'll possesses experience in utilising Squiz Matrix alongside proficiency in web coding languages such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
While prior content management system training is advantageous, the role offers opportunities for further development and training in this area.
With a strong foundation in web development and a willingness to learn, the candidate is well-positioned to excel in coordinating web production tasks efficiently and effectively.
The Benefits This role offers you a contract until 31 st December 2024 for 38 hours per week and a competitive hourly rate.
