Our valued State Government client is seeking an AO4 Executive Support Officer to join their team in Cannon Hill for an immediate start.The primary purpose of the role is to develop, deliver and manage a range of executive and administrative support services to support the SEQ Operations Executive Director.As the AO4 Executive Support Officer, your duties will include, but will not be limited to:Supporting the management and functioning of the Office of the Executive Director Mailbox.Executive Director Diary management.Organising meetings as required, including the preparation of agendas, and taking of minutes.Researching and preparing routine correspondence and actioning of emails.Supporting the coordination and preparation of correspondence and enquiries from ministerial and corporate entities to ensure the timeliness and quality of responses.Coordinating and monitoring of reporting (including but not limited to):Briefing NotesMinisterialBusiness Cases/SubmissionsBusiness / Strategic PlanningHR ReportingTo be successful in this role, you will have:Previous experience in the same capacity.High level communication skills.Excellent time management and organisational skills.Ability to start immediately in a role.This role offers an hourly rate of $57.43 + Super, an immediate start and an initial 6-month engagement with a possibility of an extension.DFP welcomes applications from Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people, people with diverse cultural and linguistic backgrounds and people with disability.
