Ao3 Customer Service Officer -

Randstad are recruiting for Customer Service Specialists to assist in providing information to students who are interested in enrolling or are already enrolling in various courses.The role will see the successful applicant assisting students both over the phone and in person. You will be provided with full training to be successful in the role, which will also include shadowing the current team, in order to assist students with various course information and requirements. This is an AO3 position, paying $48.12 per hour, with a start date of the 23rd September.ResponsibilitiesBeing a first point of contact for student enquiriesProcessing enrollments and taking paymentsAssist with course related questions and direct these to the appropriate person where necessaryTalking students through different options and courses and assisting to answer any questionsKeep records up to dateExperience/Skills RequiredExcellent customer service skillsPrevious experience working in a contact centre environmentExperience adhering to KPIs and processing a high volume workloadThe ability to communicate with a wide range of people and effectively convey informationAttention to detail is paramountPrevious exposure to multiple systemsAble to work under pressure and work through technical questions (with training)Successful candidates will need to undergo a Criminal History CheckAt Randstad, we are passionate about providing equal employment opportunities and embracing diversity to the benefit of all.
