Ao2 Administration Officer

Randstad is seeking a candidate who can provide excellent administrative support in a state government department on the Gold Coast. You will provide administrative assistance to support the efficient and timely completion of infrastructure projects, ensuring adherence to relevant legislation, organisational policies, and procedures.
This full-time position (37.5 hours per week) is a 12-month temporary assignment based in Nerang, starting immediately. The role is classified at the AO2 level, offering an hourly pay rate of $39.90 plus superannuation. The assignment has an initial length of 12months, with the possibility of 2x6month extensions.

Key duties:
Data Entry into various databases and electronic systems
Diary management and monitoring a general email inbox
Document control activities
Administrative support to the team

Skills and Experience:
Excellent communication, both written and verbal
Great attention to detail with accurate data entry skill
Experienced record keeping procedures, maintaining data quality and integrity
Strong Microsoft Word and Excel skills
Demonstrable administrative experience
