We are looking for someone just like you to commence in November 2024, to lead, coach, and inspire our dedicated QA team of approx. 8. This position is key in the development and implementation of our quality assurance programs, works cross-functionally, locally, regionally, and is part of a senior leadership team. If you have a proven track record in quality management within the consumer healthcare sector and a passion for continuous improvement, along with a genuine commitment to developing your team, we want to hear from you.Key Responsibilities:Develop, implement, and maintain our quality assurance program, ensuring we meet regulatory standards and uphold our high organizational policies.Lead, mentor, and coach our QA team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous learning.Quality Strategy Development: implement the quality strategy aligned with business objectives for the business.Oversee audits and risk assessments while working closely with cross-functional teams to drive quality improvements in our products and processes.Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of our quality assurance activities.Provide training and mentorship to enhance the skills and knowledge of our QA team and the entire ANZ business.Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in quality assurance and regulatory compliance.Skills & Experience:Bachelor's degree in a related field.At least 10 years of experience in quality assurance, with experience within a leadership role ideally within the FMCH or FMCG.A strong knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP), Good Distribution Practices (cGDP), and relevant ISO standards.
