This is your chance to join our Australia & New Zealand (ANZ) Field Enablement team as a Field Enablement Program Manager. You will own and implement learning, coaching and development programs aligned to the priorities of the WW, APJ and ANZ business with the goal of driving field effectiveness and delivering business impact.
The successful candidate will be an expert in working backwards from stakeholder needs, developing strong relationships with business leaders and working in a cross functional matrix environment
They will possess the ability to take initiative to complete complex tasks and projects quickly and independently, lead with urgency for situations that require quick turnaround, switch gears at a moment's notice, take effective action without knowing the full picture, and use data to measure success and adjust program execution.
Key job responsibilities
- Develop deep understanding of the ANZ business, market and opportunities
- Become a partner to the business in uplifting field capability to achieve defined goals
- Partner with WW and APJ Field Enablement teams to initiate needs discovery, input into program design, seek regular feedback and alignment with field stakeholders and drive enablement programs from inception to outcomes.
- Own and manage ANZ Field Enablement content, portal, and drive communications via email, slack, and calendars.
- Engage local and global peers to stay current on upcoming projects, tools and resources to enhance learning programs and drive continuous improvement.
- Work with subject matter experts developing high-value enablement sessions that improve customer engagement including session descriptions, content, customer stories and upload into learning management and content broadcast systems.
- Organize and manage on-site classroom logistics such as speaker schedules, invites, catering, and attendance and session surveys.
- Define and refresh field enablement reporting including training schedules, training completion status, budget management, as well pipeline and activity impact metrics for onboarding and continuous learning programs.
A day in the life
This role will work closely with the ANZ business, leadership and field, understanding needs, sourcing solutions and contributing to the businesses success
A typical day will see this person meeting with field sellers and leaders, capturing needs, assessing enablement gaps and sourcing value-add solutions. They will partner with local and regional Subject Matter Experts to ensure the field have access to required information, tools and resources.

- 5+ years of program or project management experience
- Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
- Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership
- 2+ years of driving process improvements experience
