Professional skillsData and digital fundamentalsAbout the RoleThe ANZ Academy Facilitator role's primary responsibility is the end-to-end deployment of our ANZ Academy programs. The ideal candidate will be a seasoned facilitator, authentic in style, who lives and breathes their craft.
You will be delivering our full-suite of programs in a variety of modalities: from Teams Live webinars, to virtual classrooms, to in-person settings. You'll be comfortable and experienced co-facilitating but also happy to fly solo.
You will possess excellent facilitation and communication skills, able to balance the learning and development needs of varying participant groups- from mid-level leaders to graduates. You will also be expected to draw on your own deep leadership experience. Our workshops are a two-way discussion about leadership and culture, and our team provide their own insights and reflections on leadership effectiveness.
You will also be a part of Train-the-Trainer implementation, coaching, and peer feedback across all divisions of ANZ. At times you will be asked to contribute to design and iteration, measurement, and stakeholder management.
You will have an 'always learning' mindset and be willing to take on feedback and adapt your approach to suit your audience.

Role Location: Melbourne What will your day look like?As ANZ Academy Facilitator, you will be responsible for:
High-quality, dynamic facilitation of ANZ Academy and LEAD@ANZ sessions.Demonstrating and role-modelling the ANZ Academy facilitation brand to divisional partners and stakeholders.Assisting with design and implementation of Train-the-Trainer processes and programs.Participation and support of continuous feedback programs for ANZ Academy and divisional facilitators to enhance performance.Supporting ANZ Academy Design and Consulting team with learning design and iteration.Planning and participation in the ANZ facilitator community of practice.Learning design and program administration support as required.What will you bring?To grow and be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following:
Bachelor's degree in either Human Resources, Organisational Development, Psychology or Education or the equivalent in significant relevant business experience.Highly rated facilitation skills in delivering leadership and professional skills learning in large size corporate organisations, in both face-to-face and virtual environments.Utilisation of virtual facilitation tools such as Microsoft Teams, online tools such as Ideaboardz, breakout rooms and whiteboards.Proven experience in a leadership context, within a training or learning and development environment.Strong project management, commercial acumen, critical thinking and consulting skills.Stakeholder engagement and influencing skills.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Willingness to learn, navigate through ambiguity and adapt to changing program requirements.You're not expected to have 100% of these skills.
