Lead with Heart: Inspire and manage a team of dedicated volunteers, fostering a supportive and enthusiastic atmosphere. Drive Success: Develop and implement strategies to maximize sales and support Anglicare's vision and values. Proven experience in retail management. Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills. Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities. A proactive approach to developing new community connections. Experience in event organization and vendor liaison. The ability to handle challenging situations with grace.
