We are recruiting an incredibly exciting opportunity to join our Anglicare Seniors Living Team! Lead the implementation of quality clinical management systems, frameworks and practices within Seniors Living Home Care and Villages.
Purpose of the Role: The purpose of the role is to ensure that Anglicare Seniors Living is well supported to operate quality clinical services under regulatory standards and licensing requirements and to embed and support standardized clinical practices aligned with Anglicare's policies and procedures. To work closely with quality managers and other support teams to develop and maintain quality processes as determined by Anglicare's service offering and to align with the relevant standards and legislative frameworks.
Lead best practice in clinical care for Village residents and community clients by applying evidence-based research and assessing trends to identify the clinical needs and developing procedures, solutions and programs to support the operationalization of identified strategies.
Contribute to assisting operational teams in exceeding the requirements for accreditation and quality reviews by overseeing compliance with applicable Standards and building standardized practices across Seniors Living.
The position interacts with and supports Anglicare's Care and Clinical Governance Framework as well as the Governance Subcommittees. The role plays an important part in organizational risk management and compliance.
Qualifications and Experience Required: Extensive knowledge of Nursing acquired through significant experience in a Senior Clinical role.Demonstrable experience in quality, safety preferably in a home care setting.Registered Nurse with AHPRA registration.Demonstrated experience in clinical governance, safety and assurance or quality & compliance roles (Aged Care Quality Standards, ARVAS Standards, NDIS, Veterans' Home Care or similar).Demonstrated experience in complaints resolution.Skills and Competencies Required: Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills.Experience in clinical analysis and research.Coaching and leadership skills.Planning and organizational skills.Team leadership skills and ability to work interdependently in a challenging environment.Clinical investigation experience and exposure with root cause analysis (RCA).Benefits: Generous remuneration package and salary packaging benefits on offer, hybrid/flexible working arrangements, free on-site parking, employee wellness and rewards programs, learning and development opportunities, Fitness Passport and retail discounts from selected retailers, and MORE!!
Note: Our Support Centre office is currently located in Norwest and relocating to our brand new and modern offices based in Macquarie Park in early 2025! Both locations are conveniently located close to public transport.
