About Us:
Angels of Mercy is a registered NDIS provider dedicated to empowering individuals with disabilities and supporting them in achieving their goals.
We are a small team working in a compact, efficient office space that fosters collaboration and focus.
This setup allows for direct communication, teamwork, and a supportive environment where your contributions will be noticed and valued.

Key Responsibilities:
Provide administrative support to the Support Coordinator.
Assist support workers with note-taking, report writing, and maintaining participant records.
Perform general administrative tasks, including file management, data entry, and document preparation.
Answer phone calls and manage follow-ups with clients, stakeholders, and service providers.
Help organise and process employee payments and related documentation.
Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and take minutes during internal and external discussions.
Conduct outreach for networking meetings and build relationships with stakeholders.
Attend and facilitate online meetings as needed.
Contact organisations to introduce our services and explore collaboration opportunities.
Maintain and update office systems to ensure efficient operations.
What We're Looking For:
Arabic speaking is a MUST.
Assyrian/Chaldean language skills are desirable but not essential.
Strong organisational, multitasking, and time-management skills.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and other basic computer applications.
Ability to work independently in an office setting and collaboratively as part of a team.
Experience in administrative work or a related role is desirable but not essential.
A proactive, friendly, and professional attitude with a focus on problem-solving.
Strong attention to detail and ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
Working Hours:
Part-time: 4 days per week, 9 AM to 4:30 PM.
