Recruitment - Agency (Human Resources & Recruitment)
Experience in mining shutdowns and maintenance, transport and logistics, civil and open pit machine operators, cranes and rigging and white-collar technical roles. Along with strong knowledge of labour hire strategies, business functions and cohesively working with our clients in the most effective ways, by fostering relationships and delivering at a high rate.
The successful candidate will have a good business development background and have relationships in mining and construction industries.
The successful candidate will have a strong background in recruitment and experience in sourcing and attracting excellent candidates, conducting interviews, and assessing applicants.
The successful candidate will collaborate with department managers to proactively identify future hiring needs and attract candidates through various sources such as social media and employee referrals.
Responsibilities include:
• Designing and implementing the overall recruiting strategy
• Strong relationship building and sustaining skills with stakeholders/clients including regular catch ups with clients and understanding continuous improvements of supply
• leadership qualities ability to influence and get the best out of your team
• Developing and updating job descriptions and specifications
• Sourcing and recruiting candidates through various channels
• Screening resumes and conducting interviews
• Assessing applicants' relevant skills and aptitudes
• Onboarding new employees
• Monitoring HR best practices and providing analytical reports
• Building relationships with candidates during the selection process
• Promoting the company as a great place to work
Requirements:
• Proven experience as a Recruiter
• Ability to understand and complete onboarding of new clients including schedule of rates, agreement terms and industry awareness of risk
• Knowledge of Mining operations and workflow of delivering high volumes of personnel to projects and mine sites extremely valuable
• Ability to conduct various types of interviews
• Hands-on experience with selection processes and recruiting software
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong decision-making skills
