Liaising with clients to provide sound advice and build lasting relationships. Reviewing work prepared by junior team members and providing mentorship. Staying up-to-date with changes in tax laws and accounting standards. What We're Looking For: A degree in Accounting or a related field (CPA/CA qualification or working towards it is highly regarded). 2-5 years of experience in public practice accounting. Proficiency with Xero, MYOB, and other accounting software. Strong communication skills and a client-focused mindset. A proactive attitude with excellent problem-solving skills.
