As an Analytics Lead you will have accountability for leading a team of three analysts whilst also contributing to the design and delivery of customer and marketing led initiatives through advanced analytics, reporting and insights.
Key Accountabilities Leading a team of three highly capable analysts, supporting their continued development and growthStrategic evaluation and optimisation of the current customer analytics frameworkDesign and delivery of advanced analytics solutions including customer profiling, behavioural analysis, segmentation, experimental design and hypothesis testingIdentifying opportunities to standardise analytics solutions and reporting frameworks across the business Your Experience Proven experience in leading a team of analysts, essentialTechnical skills in SQL along with either Power BI or Tableau; additional skills in Snowflake advantageousDemonstrated experience in applying hands on advanced analytics skills including but not limited to segmentation, profiling, behavioural analysis, A/ B testing and experimental designProven ability in working with diverse stakeholder to influence and drive analytics initiatives The role requires someone comfortable combining hands on analytics and leadership.
