What you'll be doing: As an Analytics Lead at Velocity, you will play a pivotal role within the Insight Analytics chapter.
Your primary responsibility will be to provide hands-on insights and analytical support to your squad, transforming data into compelling stories.
Additional responsibilities include: Team Leadership: Manage and mentor team members within their cross-functional squads, enhancing their technical skills, analytics approach, presentation abilities, and stakeholder management.
Stakeholder Support: Collaborate with senior business stakeholders across the squads to optimize the use of analytics resources, driving efficiencies and maximizing value.
You'll be great in this role if you: Come with 5+ years experience in an insights analytics role or equivalent, with a focus on driving business outcomes Have 1-2 years minimum experience in leading analytics teams Experience consulting, influencing and advising key business stakeholders independently including Product and Marketing.
