About the Opportunity: Reporting into the Head of Data Enablement, the Analytics Lead will play a critical role in fostering a data-driven culture, guiding a team of analytics professionals, and ensuring the integrity, quality, and governance of the organization's data assets & visualization tools (predominantly Power BI). Responsibilities include:
Design and implement the framework for the Business Intelligence (BI) platform across On-Premises and Cloud environments Develop and maintain advanced data models to support analytics and reporting needs, ensuring they are efficient, scalable, and aligned with business requirements Lead the delivery of analytics projects, provide actionable insights through data analysis and modelling to drive business decisions Manage and maintain BI Application Servers to ensure the smooth operation of the analytics infrastructure Mentor team members in BI best practices, data modelling techniques, and tool usage to enhance their skills and knowledge Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on the usage, performance, and status of the BI platform, data models, and analytics initiatives About You: You will be joining a team dedicated to delivering reliable data and data solutions that support the wider organisation's business strategy and support our over 2 million customers. To be successful in this role you will need the following experience:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, IT, or related field or equivalent significant practical experience Relevant certifications in data analytics and BI platforms (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Data Analyst Associate) Minimum 7 years in analytics, data modelling and BI platform management in a complex corporate environment Expertise in designing and optimizing complex data models from a variety of data sources (Databricks, AWS, Azure etc) Proficient in advanced analytics, including statistical analysis and predictive modelling Extensive hands-on experience with Power BI and Tableau Strong written and verbal communication skills with proven success in communicating complex analysis across all levels within a business including senior management Experience in leading BI user communities and training sessions Strong written and verbal communication skills with proven success in communicating complex analysis across all levels within a business including senior management How to Apply: If you're ready to 'light the way' towards your next career move, click the 'Apply' button to submit a confidential application.
