Job Description Lead and manage the analytics team to drive data-driven decisions.Design and implement analytical tools and frameworks to facilitate improved decision-making.Deliver insights on customer behaviour and business performance.Collaborate with other departments to drive strategic initiatives.Present findings and insights to senior management.Ensure the integrity of data sources and analytical models.Stay updated with latest industry trends and advancements in analytics.Facilitate a culture of continuous improvement within the team.The Successful Applicant A successful 'Analytics and Insights Manager' should have:
