About the role We are looking for an experienced Sourcing Analyst to develop and execute tender, procurement advisory and contract management activities in support of Gove Operations.
You will contribute value by utilising Rio Tinto's sourcing methodology to deliver safe, efficient, and effective total value outcomes.
Your role will include:
Collaborating with global and site key stakeholders Promote and practice a safe, healthy and environmentally responsible work ethic Collect and generate information and quality data about the sources and drivers of value creation through procurement Complete procurement risk assessments Develop and execute sourcing strategies Develop and release tender packages Evaluate supplier proposals Develop and execute negotiation plans Prepare contractual documentation Manage award approvals and contract execution process Work closely with other Procurement team members to align sourcing requirements with business needs Manage day-to-day integration processes with suppliers About you To succeed in this role, you will be able to demonstrate the following skills:
