What will your typical day look like?
Our unique market position and strong growth have created the need for more talented real estate valuers to join our team.
The role involves supporting the Deloitte Real Estate Valuations team providing all property types in every geographic location across Australia for a range of purposes including acquisition and disposal, financial reporting, accounting, audit and taxation, compensation, dispute resolution and litigation.
You will be involved from job creation, engagement with clients, market research, property inspections, report writing and thought leadership.
You can expect to:
Assist and work with other teams across the Deloitte network Conduct detailed research across a wide variety of projects and markets including office, industrial, retail, residential and other specialised properties Undertake property inspections Write reports Support with marketing initiatives and proposals Assist with day-to-day tasks on a range of projects relating to the valuation of real estate You will work on a variety of real estate valuation assignments throughout Australia.

About the team
Deloitte Real Estate Valuations form part of Deloitte's broader valuation services team assisting a broad range of clients across Australia with their business, real estate and plant and equipment requirements.
We are seeking suitably qualified Property Valuers with a passion for real estate and the desire to work on a broad range of real estate assets across Australia, while taking your career to the next level.
Our valuations team comprises staff with a range of property specific qualifications and deep industry experience, and we are looking to expand with qualified property valuers.
Our team works closely with other Deloitte teams to help our clients navigate their property decisions from acquisition, holding and divestment.
Our inclusive and supportive team of property experts draws on our broad real estate skills to help our clients make informed decisions in relation to complex property matters.
Enough about us, let's talk about you.
You may have all or some of the following skills / experience:
1 to 3 years of relevant property valuation experience in Australia Experience across a variety of health care and special use sectors Having an understanding of the national health care markets Professional membership of the Australian Property Institute with Certified Practising Valuer or Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors with Registered Valuer Suitability for registration or licensing as a valuer in Queensland or Western Australia An API or RICS accredited degree such as valuations, property economics or business (with a major in real estate, property, investment or similar) Good analytical skills Maintaining a national sales and leasing database Experience in writing professional reports Sound market research, analysis and presentation skills A good understanding of the property market and property market dynamics Why Deloitte?
