Key Duties: Compile financial reports with precision, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
Manage and create Cash Reforecast Templates.
Maintain and create Capital and Fitout Tracking Templates to ensure smooth project execution.
Provide end-of-month (EOM) support during February to ensure smooth financial reporting processes.
Track and report on remittances, ensuring accurate record-keeping.
Offer support to both clients and internal teams, facilitating clear and effective communication.
Assist with budget preparation and analysis, contributing to the development of accurate financial data.
Recreate and improve project schedules to enhance tracking and deliverables.
Collaborate with the Property Manager/Director to ensure alignment on financial goals and performance metrics.
Ideal Candidate: CA/CPA qualified, or degree-qualified with a strong management accounting or analytical background.
Proven experience in management and financial accounting, including budget development, forecasting, and planning.
Demonstrated success in driving improvement initiatives.
Experience in property / real estate and or Chartered trained is preferred but not essential.
