Your Team As a member of the Infrastructure & Operations (IO) team, you will contribute to all aspects of the technology products and services we deliver, from technical strategy and design to coding to deployment to operation.
Our IO products and services are leveraged across all Business Unit Platforms within CFS to deliver industry-leading Super Applications.
Your Responsibilities The operating remit of this role includes leadership of multiple services that collectively comprises of CFS Infrastructure & Operations.
This includes: Technical accountability for engineering of world-class reusable IT services, to provide business value across multiple Squads and initiatives.
Manage technical assets (software, infrastructure) within Cloud, Workplace and Networking Services.
Collaborate with other squads (teams), business consumers and stakeholders of your products and services.
Predict and identify risks across technology platforms and manage through to resolution.
Provide technical consulting and advice to projects to ensure alignment to IO strategy, architectures, and utilisation of standardised IT services.
Analyse a wide range of technical data within systems and processes, to anticipate and address problems, or identify improvement opportunities.
Facilitate and contribute to transitioning target architecture from current to desired state.
Your Capability and Experience Strong technical experience and understanding of technology, technology products and/or services in a large-scale complex environment.
Strong experience deploying, supporting and troubleshooting workplace technologies, software and hardware.
Strong experience in Cloud technology products and services and application development and design.
Experience in networking technologies across cloud and physical.
Experience working with Azure and/or M365 cloud products and services (desirable).
Tertiary qualifications in IT or Computer Science or equivalent certification (desirable).
