Position OverviewThe Conformance and Assurance section within our Connected Care branch is seeking an APS6 Analyst to join our team. This is a Permanent non-ongoing position available for immediate start and available for a duration of twelve months. This role reports to the Assistant Director of Conformance and Assurance and encompasses responsibilities as a test analyst, business analyst, and data analyst.
Key Responsibilities:Oversee the review and management of conformance incidents, ensuring prompt resolution in accordance with established processes.Regularly update and verify the functionality of data analysis tools and the conformance dashboard to ensure accurate data processing and reporting.Efficiently operate data analysis tools and the conformance dashboard to monitor and analyse data, ensuring its integrity and reliability.Utilize the conformance dashboard to extract valuable insights, make informed decisions, and generate comprehensive reports for stakeholders, facilitating continuous improvement and ensuring conformance.Provide expertise in advanced data analysis, visualization, and Power BI to assess data quality recorded in digital health systems.Conduct research and analysis to address complex or escalated issues, collaborating with clinical safety, informatics teams, and product owners to recommend actions on non-conformance.Assist in verifying the automation of conformance test specifications using the clinical document conformance toolkit. Knowledge of XML/JSON and C# is desirable.Acquire, maintain, and apply in-depth knowledge of digital health specifications, HL7 CDA, FHIR, and other clinical informatics and clinical terminology.Minimum Qualifications:Tertiary qualification in Health, Information Technology, or Data discipline or relevant experience.Advanced data analysis and visualization skills, including expertise in Power BI.Experience in overseeing the review and management of conformance incidents.Technical proficiency with XML/JSON and C# is desirable.Strong research and analytical skills to address complex or escalated issues.In-depth knowledge of digital health specifications, HL7 CDA, FHIR, and clinical informatics.Experience in the digital health or public sector is desirable.Ability to obtain and maintain a Negative Vetting 1 security clearance with the ability to obtain and maintain a higher clearance if required by the Agency.Ability to obtain and maintain national police check.Australian Citizenship is a condition of eligibility.NotesOrder of Merit: Applicants rated as suitable will be placed in a merit pool that may be used to fill similar ongoing or non-ongoing positions throughout the Agency for up to 18 months.
