Details of the offer

Our client is a boutique corporate finance advisory platform with global investment banking DNA. The business has had continued and expanding success from day one based on their deep client base. The focus is purely on infrastructure and renewables, covering across some greenfield but mostly brownfield M&A, and debt advisory. One unique element that stands out within this firm vs other investment banks is the ethos they set the firm up - which was to work only selectively on interesting work, with a client base they enjoy working with, while trying to engineer work life balance as much as possible.
Working within a flat team structure, the responsibilities of the Analyst are as follows:
Developing financial models to support our various corporate and project finance transactions. Performing a range of financial analysis, valuation and research to support our various transactions and market pitches. Drafting Information Memorandum (IM) documents to support transaction processes. Providing support across various deal workstreams and financing engagements. Addressing client inquiries and contributing to the preparation of pitch documents for potential deals. Working closely with senior staff to ensure the delivery of high-quality advisory services. Target candidate: 2-4 years of relevant experience, ideally within areas such as infrastructure-focused corporate finance, project finance, infrastructure investment banking, or project finance/investing from within an infrastructure/renewables developer. Candidates from an infrastructure fund, investment bank or Tier 1 accounting firm with relevant skillsets are also highly desirable. Essential to have at least 2 to 3 years' full-time experience in project/corporate finance/infrastructure financial modelling (incl VBA Macros) obtained at an Investment Bank, Infrastructure financial modelling team, Financial Modelling Firm (with infrastructure clients) or similar relevant industry (such as running the corporate model at an infrastructure corporate or developer). Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex financial concepts to clients and stakeholders. A proactive approach to work, with a demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team and contribute to a collaborative environment. A passion for the infrastructure and renewable energy sectors, with a keen interest in contributing to sustainable development initiatives. #J-18808-Ljbffr
