We are looking for an FP&A Analyst to join our Group Finance Team, reporting into our FP&A Director. You will support the FP&A Team in the delivery of consolidated budgets, forecasts and performance reporting for the GLT, Board and Kirin. Your analysis and insights will enable senior management to make better decisions and manage business performance. You will work closely with various Finance team members as well as having exposure to senior management, providing an excellent opportunity to build your partnering skills and commercial acumen. A day in the life Analyse and report on Group performance resultsWork with Business Unit finance teams to drive powerful insights for senior executivesGet involved in regular, high-level reporting to the GLT, Board and KirinAssist in annual planning and forecasting activities for the GroupSupport capital management forecasting and reportingConduct analysis and provide insights to support value-adding decision-makingIdentify and implement system and process improvementsHave the opportunity to partner with senior stakeholders and manage cost centre expenditure.What you'll bring Strong accounting skillsGood Excel, data analysis and problem-solving skillsHigh attention to detailStrong verbal and written communication skillsA continuous improvement and challenger mindsetDegree qualification in Commerce/Accounting/FinanceCA/CPA/ACCA qualification (or working towards)3+ years' experience working in a large corporate.At Lion, we offer 'growth on tap' and you'll get hooked on reaching higher with each new challenge.
