IQVIA currently has an exciting opportunity for an Analyst to be part of IQVIA's Real-World Solutions Team, with a start date in January 2025.
This role will see you apply every aspect of your experience and qualifications together with a team of technically proficient and high-performing professionals located within IQVIA.
As an Analyst with IQVIA's Real-World Solutions Team, you will be responsible for actively participating in the development and delivery of projects by:
Contributing to internal brainstorming sessions to develop project methodology and recommendationsConducting independent research to a specific brief using internal and external sourcesTaking responsibility for running regular reports and liaising with clients about any questions or updates with these reportsPerforming quantitative and qualitative analyses to aid development of recommendations; exercise informed business judgment in identifying the approach to the questionContributing to the preparation, execution and follow-up of client workshopsCompleting data extractions and taking responsibility for creating sections of reports, presentations, and other client deliverables, under supervisionContributing to the build and regular update of client dashboards (MicroStrategy)Presenting to client audiences via teleconference or in face-to-face meetingsProviding analytical support to Consultants, Senior Consultants, and Associate PrincipalsProactively developing knowledge of the healthcare industry and analytical methodologiesAs an Analyst interested in joining IQVIA's Real-World Solutions Team, you will have proven analytical, interpretative, and problem-solving skills.
Other required skills will include:
Ideally between 2-3 years professional experience with a bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Data Science, IT, Mathematics/Statistics, etc.)Foundational technical skills are essential, and developed SQL skills specifically would be advantageousStrong analysis skills and previous experience using Microsoft software tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Access)Experience with dashboard development (e.g., MicroStrategy) would be advantageousStrong interpersonal and relationship-building skills and an ability to build credibility with external and internal contactsGood commercial awareness/business judgment and an interest in the healthcare industry (experience in pharmacy or the pharmaceutical industry would be an advantage)A keenness to learn and commitment to a rapid development curveA strong motivation to thrive in a fast-paced, client-focused environmentIQVIA is a leading global provider of advanced analytics, technology solutions, and clinical research services to the life sciences industry.
